Help Printer konica Minolta 2430dl wont print?
Can Any one please help or give me any suggestions on what to do. I recently change all four toners in my printer but, it still gives my an error that the YELLOW Toner is ended. I thought that the supply store were i bought it had given me an empty one so i exchange it, And when i replace the toner agin it still gave me the error that the Yellow toner has ended. Dose any one know whats wrong or how i can fix it.

There are a number of potential answers, to quickly sort this out, try the following:
1. switch off printer, remove yellow cart.
-Now check the location where the Yellow Cart resides, (Use a small torch or something of this type), now using a small cotton bud, gentle wipe the print head connection module (the one with all the little electrical contacts on it). This will clean off any loose dust particles. Replace the Yellow cart, and then run a test page.
The resevoir indicator software only displays an estimate of the remaining ink. -Why not try a head cleaning session, and then an alignment session, followed by a test page session.
2. re-install the software for your printer - remember to un-install the software 1st. Hope fully all your efforts will have solved this problem.
If it doesn't help, try the manufacturers latest driver software, and monitoring software. If no help, try support or forum rooms at the manufacturers web-site.
